This award recognizes significant accomplishments which bring recognition, as well as national and international stature, to the 糖心logo入口. The honoree receives a $5,000 stipend and a medal. The <a href=\"http:\/\/system.nevada.edu\/tasks\/sites\/Nshe\/assets\/File\/BoardOfRegents\/Agendas\/2016\/mar-mtgs\/arsa-refs\/ARSA-11a.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2016 honorees<\/a>&nbsp;are <strong>Eunkang Koh<\/strong> of the University of Nevada, Reno, and &nbsp;<strong><a>Lindsay Wilson<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>of Truckee Meadows Community College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nevada Regents&#8217; Teaching Awards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1996, the Board of Regents approved the establishment of the annual Regents&#8217; Teaching Award. This award honors outstanding instructional contributions to the 糖心logo入口. Two awards are granted yearly, one from UNLV, UNR, NSC or DRI, and the other from CSN, GBC, TMCC or WNC. Each honoree receives a $5,000 stipend and a medal. The <a href=\"http:\/\/system.nevada.edu\/tasks\/sites\/Nshe\/assets\/File\/BoardOfRegents\/Agendas\/2016\/mar-mtgs\/arsa-refs\/ARSA-11b.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2016 honorees<\/a> are&nbsp;<strong><a>Dr. Engrid Barnett<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;of Truckee Meadows Community College and&nbsp;<strong><a>Dr. Andrew Spivak<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nevada Regents&#8217; Academic Advisor Awards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Board of Regents established the Regents&#8217; Academic Advising Award in 1998. This award honors outstanding academic student advising with one award granted to a community college advisor and two awards granted to advisors at the state college or universities. Each honoree receives a $5,000 stipend. The <a href=\"http:\/\/system.nevada.edu\/tasks\/sites\/Nshe\/assets\/File\/BoardOfRegents\/Agendas\/2016\/mar-mtgs\/arsa-refs\/ARSA-11c.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2016 honorees<\/a> are&nbsp;<strong>Dr. Natalie Brown<\/strong>,&nbsp;Truckee Meadows Community College;&nbsp;<strong>Stacy Shapin<\/strong>,&nbsp;University of Nevada, Las Vegas (undergraduate);&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Dr. James Busser<\/strong>, University of Nevada, Las Vegas (graduate).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regents&#8217; Researcher Awards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Board of Regents established the Regents&#8217; Researcher Award in 1992. This award is bestowed upon faculty members with a substantial record of accomplishments, including a significant amount of research and scholarly work with recognition, clear evidence of the national and\/or international stature of the research, and in the case of grants and contracts, must have been competitive on a national or international level. The honoree receives a $5,000 stipend and a medal. The 2016 honoree is Dr. Lawrence Walker of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regents&#8217; Rising Researcher Awards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Board of Regents established the Regents&#8217; Rising Researcher Award in 2008. This award is bestowed upon one faculty member at each Nevada research institution in recognition of their early-career accomplishments and potential for future advancement and recognition in research. The honoree receives a $2,000 award. The 2016 honorees are Dr. Elisabeth Hausrath, University of Nevada, Las Vegas; Dr. Henry Fu, University of Nevada, Reno; and Dr. Adam C.
